From time-to-time we receive products that don't pass our "extremely high" standards when it comes to an acceptable part. ALL of our refurbished parts operate and perform as intended, only cosmetically you may find a slight blemish or scratch on the most basic of levels. We will NEVER sell anything that has any extreme or glaring paint/scratch defect; you will have a hard-pressed time finding anything wrong with these parts.

Nevertheless, since we have such a high level of quality when it comes to our racks, we sell these units at a heavy-discount instead of throwing them away. In other words, our loss is your gain!
