30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward and free return policy for all items purchased directly from us.

Eligibility for Return:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened and undamaged. Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received. A standard 20% restocking fee will apply; if product(s) are returned in a severly damaged condition a 50% restocking fee will apply. If products are bent, scratched, damaged or destroyed beyond repair - no refund will be given but shipping will be refunded.
  • All Discounted items for blemished products or mark downs are NOT eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at contact@ironamerican.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that the return reaches us safely.

Refund Process:

  • Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility requirements.
  • Once verified, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Any opened, used, or damaged items are not eligible for return or refund and will not receive reimbursement.
